Sales Generation:
- Proactively contact potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare promotional materials and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and customer service processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Keep accurate records of sales and activity reports.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
