Sales Generation:

  • Proactively contact potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare promotional materials and presentations.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and customer service processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Keep accurate records of sales and activity reports.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
