JOB SUMMARY

  • To ensure that ICT and AV provision meets the learning, teaching and research needs of academic staff and students, and the needs of support staff, taking account of the requirements for economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the utilisation of available resources.
  • Responsible for system wide technical support to curriculum and administration.
  • To help raise attainment in ICT across the school, by ensuring hardware resources are well maintained and by ensuring that staff, pupils and parents are supported in using ICT to support learning.
  • Familiar with Mac and Windows OS and competent to troubleshoot & rectify any issues related to both OS.
  • Require basic knowledge in Window Server, POS, CCTV and other IT related systems eg. School management system.
  • Good knowledge in the GSuite environment.
  • A good team player and to be proactive in learning new skills / support end users.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Server and Network
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work with efficiency and flexibility.
  • Mature, quick learner and adaptable to the operational needs.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
