YOUR ROLE

As the Analyst, Marketplaces, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on regional and international such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance product visibility, drive sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand management, ecommerce, marketing, growth, or other technical role, preferably at a fastpaced startup / B2C / DTC space, with relevant experience of driving sales and improving product visibility on the mentioned platforms.
  • Ability to plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility, in addition to working closely with marketing teams to align promotions with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of performance advertising metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance marketing strategies, and some familiarity with leveraging ad platforms on Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon for optimal campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product listings, including engaging product descriptions, images, and other multimedia content, with basic proficiency in photo and video editing skills to create compelling and visually appealing product listings.
  • Oversee daytoday operations on Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, ensuring product listings are accurate, uptodate, and optimized for maximum visibility, implement and optimize product listings, utilizing best practices for each platform, while ensuring that product information are consistent across all platforms.
  • Comfortable working with data and generating reports to support datadriven decisionmaking, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
