1.Collaborate with the design team to receive design concepts and make necessary adjustments to create print-ready artwork.

  • Prepare and finalize designs for various print materials, such as brochures, packaging, promotional materials, and more.
  • Ensure accurate color management and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Convert and optimize files to appropriate formats and resolutions for different printing methods and materials.
  • Review designs for technical accuracy, including bleed, trim, and safe zones, to ensure flawless production outcomes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to communicate technical specifications and requirements for production.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to design production techniques and printing technologies.
  • Provide input during the conceptual and design phases to ensure that final designs are feasible for production without compromising creative vision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Final Art Artist, Production Artist, or similar role in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch even the smallest errors in design files.
  • Familiarity with various printing methods, materials, and production processes.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Problemsolving skills to troubleshoot technical issues during the production process.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous final art and production work is essential.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Purchasing: 5 years (preferred)
  • Graphic design: 5 years (preferred)
  • Graphic arts: 5 years (preferred)
