To ensure all customs clearance transactions are carried out strictly in line with local authority rules and regulation

  • To ensure fastest possible clearance with a minimum transit time and at zerorate failure
  • To compile shipping documents prior to shipments of cargo
  • To ensure timely and accurate preparation of these documents
  • To resolve discrepancies on cargoes or documents promptly.
  • To prepare relevant import and export documents for custom and port clearance
  • Back up to dispatch work for important shipping documents to customer

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Preferably customs clearance experience in the Freight Forwarding
  • This position will be based at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah.
