Job responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential franchisees and market opportunities.
  • Negotiating franchise agreements.
  • Coordinate and provide training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the company's standards, operations, and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistency across all franchise outlets.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Managing relationships with franchisees.
  • Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and also to set goals and targets.
  • Implement national and local marketing campaigns to attract customers to franchise locations.
  • Conduct market research, industry and competitors' analysis and present to the Management for review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate, negotiate and liaison directly with vendors/ consultants/ mall management to meet the requirements.
  • Prepare reports regularly to Management.
  • Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company.
  • Able to work independently and produce results is vital.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field as a Business Development Executive.
-
Preferably specialized in Franchise Service industry is an advantage.

(Minimum 2 years):

  • Possess good communication skills, strong leadership and with interpersonal skills as well.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Must be fluent/wellversed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently.
