Job Overview

The Marketing Associate at Human Inc will be exposed to three important aspects within their role:

Content Creation and Copywriting: Produce high-quality content and compelling copy on topics such as learning & development (L&D), transformation, culture, and design sprints.
Performance Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive engagement and lead generation.
Project Management: Manage marketing projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Proactively coordinate with team members and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Content Creation and Copywriting

Creating first iteration of high-quality, engaging content and compelling copy on business topics such as learning & development (L&D), transformation, culture, and design sprints.
Draft and refine initial versions of content based on feedback, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand voice.
Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance, integrating industry trends and insights.
Conceptualises and visually design graphics that represents brand cohesion on Canva

Performance Marketing

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive user engagement and conversions.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Assist in tracking dashboard, sales efforts, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction measures.

Project Management

Independently manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline project workflows and ensure seamless execution.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly updating stakeholders on progress and any potential issues.
Plan and execute marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities, to ensure successful outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the success of projects and events, gathering insights and feedback to inform future strategies and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing and copywriting, managing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Internship experiences included.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively convey campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design
Experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights is a plus.
Must have experience with Canva, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Possesses commercial awareness/business acumen and able to communicate ideas effectively
Be intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
