PA Jobs Descriptions:

  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf for MD and management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Maintaining databases, records and reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
  • Assist and coordinate on behalf of MD.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Accounts Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
