**工作職責:**
- 工作人員將直接向銷售及鄉鎮行銷主管報告日常銷售和行銷活動,以確保銷售和行銷部門順利有效率地運作。
- **
行銷任務**- 協助實施各種促銷和銷售活動計劃,以向目標市場推廣公司產品,即住宅、商業和工業開發,例如銷售啟動、路演等。
- **
銷售和行政任務**:

- 處理銷售詢問並進行跟進和完成銷售,以實現公司設定的銷售目標,並確保與購買者、最終融資者和律師就銷售文件進行跟進保持最新狀態。
- 完成上級不時委託的其他職責。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 候選人必須擁有工商管理/物業管理/物業管理學位/文憑/證書
- 至少 (3-5) 在相關領域,尤其是房地產行業(住宅、商業和工業開發)擁有三到五年的工作經驗。
- 能夠用英語和馬來語進行溝通和寫作。精通另一種語言,尤其是**普通話是更好的選擇**,這將成為一個額外的優勢
- 懂得電腦並熟悉使用 MS Word 和 MS Excel - 懂得使用 IFCA 軟體的候選人將獲得額外優勢
- 候選人必須獨立、多任務、願意在最低限度的監督下工作,並具有出色的組織能力和細緻的工作。
