Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia Chang and Ting Full time

  • To handle and attending all conveyancing matters mostly to property, banking and finance, probate & administration, real estate and other related areas;
  • Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts;
  • Do necessary legal research and due diligence;
  • Liaise with clients, bankers and relevant authorities in government departments; and
  • Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • MUST possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law or possess in the related field.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum Supervision
  • Good in team work, communication and working attitude.
