JOB PURPOSE

  • Check surgical kit to ensure completeness, suitability of instrument for reuse and timeliness for case support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform check on returned kit content (instrument and implant) against checklist and surgery record form where available, report discrepancies including missing items immediately.
  • Check functionality of the returned instruments, report defect immediately.
  • Record used, missing and defect including wear & tear items and raise document for replenishment.
  • Prepare required instruments and implants as per case booking and ensure to keep agreed delivery timeline.
  • Perform system (SAP) transactions.
  • Assist to communicate with Medical Representative on case booking in the absence of Planner.
  • Be on standby after office hours, weekend and public holidays to attend to urgent booking.
  • Adhere to individual client's requirement and guidelines such as SOP, WI, KPI, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to Company's SOP, ISO, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD, GMP, Code of Conduct, 5S and EHS policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in related field
  • Meticulous in numbers.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
