Key Responsibilities:

As an accountant executive at Ducati kuala lumpur, you will be responsible for managing a full set of account and overseeing payroll processes

Your role will include:

Full set of account

  • Handle daytoday accounting tasks,including account receivable, account payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.

Payroll Management

  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage statutory compliance related to payroll.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.

Financial Analysis:

  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Audit and compliance:

  • Prepare documentation and support for audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account executive with expertise in handling a full set of accounts and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem
- solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month
