The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day tasks of the HR department, such as managing personnel files, and administering employee benefits.
The intern will also assist in recruiting and hiring processes and provide support to other departments as needed. We are looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team and offer our HR division vital assistance.You are expected to;
- Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
- Assist on overall recruitment process.
- Process personnel forms and maintain records to ensure timely performance evaluations.
- Filing of documents into employee files and new employee files.
- Assist the HR staff in filling employment forms.
- Administrative duties
- Adhoc tasks
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or Corporate Administration
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits administration
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is a plus
