Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and successfully resolve electrical issues in electric motorcycles.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electric motorcycles.
  • Assemble electric motorcycles accurately, following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
  • Inspect and adjust electric motorcycles meticulously, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Install, replace, and adjust various components and accessories on electric motorcycles, such as fenders, racks, integrated lighting, tires, and other parts.
  • Complete assigned service orders within designated timeframes, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customercentric approach.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve complex electrical issues in electric motorcycle powertrains and circuits.
  • Keep accurate records of service activities, including detailed descriptions of repairs performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for customers.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and staying updated on the latest developments in electric motorcycle technology.

Specific Qualification Required:

  • Minimum Diploma in automotive, preferably motorcycle, or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia.
  • Have the knowledge and experiencs to handle electrical equipment, components.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Additional certifications in electrical/electronic would be an added advantage.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, in Bahasa and English language.
  • Able to perform task using computer (MS Office
  • Word, Excel and Outlook).
