Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern (WORLD OF BUZZ - English Language to join our dynamic team.

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social media efforts, specifically targeting the English-speaking audience.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging and compelling social media content in WORLD OF BUZZ.

This includes developing creative ideas, writing captions, and creating visual assets for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.


Community Management:
Monitor and engage with the general audience across social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community by addressing concerns, providing information, and building relationships.

Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor social media trends, topics, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry. Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in tracking social media performance using analytics tools. Analyze key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to gain insights and optimize content strategies. Prepare reports summarizing social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborative Projects:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and initiatives. Assist in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and help execute social media components of broader marketing strategies.

Research and Trend Analysis:
Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features to ensure our social media efforts remain effective and up-to-date.


Brand Guidelines and Quality Control:
Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity. Ensure all social media content aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, grammar, and spelling in the English language.

Learning and Development:
Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing. Stay curious, attend training sessions, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
