Job Description:

  • To ensure that the boilers parameter are in good conditions.
  • To conduct daily check on the boilers according to DOSH requirements. To be conducted before and after boiler operations.
  • Responsible to maintain and troubleshoot basic boiler operation.
  • Responsible to update and follow up on the JKKP inspections.
  • Responsible to maintain all the equipment and machines in the boiler room.
  • To ensure that the TDS level, blow down frequency and its operation period are done accordingly to the Work Instruction (WI) and SOP.
  • Plan the inhouse boiler maintenance and arrange with the third party routine services upon approval by AGM/Production Manager.
  • Maintain all daily boiler operation data, checklist and logbook.
  • To monitor and update the chemical and diesel usages.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Purchasing to replenish the boiler chemicals and diesel upon approval by AGM.
  • To control and replenish the boiler chemical effectively in order to prevent chemical contaminations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or the management.

Requirement:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time / Part-Time position(s) available.
