Job Requirement:
- Chargeman BO 11KV certificate of competency from Energy Commission (EC).
- Preferably 3 years' experience in building maintenance services/facilities management services in shopping mall operations.
- Willing to work on shift.
- Nonsmoker is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- To supervise M&E Team assigned to him.
- To plan and coordinate all site operational matters and ensure smooth day to day operations.
- To attend to complaints and provide technical support to solve the problems.
- To ensure all works, either corrective and preventive maintenance are completed on time and with good quality.
- To lead, guide and train site staffs on most efficient methods of implementing corrective and preventive maintenance to his best ability.
- To troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipment.
- To ensure all tools and assets given are maintained in good operating conditions.
- To ensure that all stocks/spare parts are properly utilized.
- To ensure that his subordinates present themselves orderly at all time during working hours.
- To monitor and take appropriate action, when necessary, on all the electrical equipment /systems.
- To control and maintain electrical equipment/systems (incoming, outgoing feeders, transformers, electrical distributions, standby generator, etc.).
- To carry out switching operations on all electrical systems for high voltage and low voltage depending on competency of Chargeman.
- To carry out isolation procedure on electrical equipment/systems.
- Responsible for safe operations of all electrical equipment/systems and standby generator and are in good working order at all times.
- To carry out faults investigation on electrical/systems and take all necessary action in order to rectify the faults.
- To provide advice/consultation to tenant on electrical jobs relate to fitout or design review for any new renovation works.
- Committed to safety and health practices and comply with the roles and responsibilities stated in Integrated Management System (IMS) Manual.
- Committed to Energy Management practice and comply with the roles and responsibilities stated in EnMS Document.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
