Scope of Work

Preparation Phase

  • Site verification and measurement.
  • Prepare the Lifting Plan and get approval from the Client during the Planning Stage before Work Execution.
  • Attend meeting with Client for lifting plan strategy for heavy lift and nonheavy lift

Execution Phase

  • Ensure that only registered and appointed crane operators, certified signallers, and riggers participate in any lifting operation involving the use of any cranes.
  • Check and ensure proper ground conditions are suitable and safe for any lifting operations.
  • Ensure that crane operators conduct daily checks of their assigned lifting machines and appliances before the start of their work shift.
  • Brief all crane operators, riggers, and signalmen on the safe lifting procedures in place.
  • Check the validity of the lifting machine certificate by an Approved Person and maintenance inspection program.
  • Ensure that safe lifting procedures are for any lifting operation.
  • If unsafe conditions are reported, take suitable measures to rectify the conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.
  • Wear a reflective vest and/or any other PPE specified by the company to be identified as a lifting supervisor during the lifting operation.
  • Attend daily toolbox meetings with supervisors and workers for effective consultation, communication, and coordination before the commencement of work.

Post Turnaround Phase
Prepare a report on the findings/recommendations and lessons learned during the turnarounds and submit it to the Area Coordinator/Superintendent.

Education Attainment:

Diploma Technical/Vocational certificate.

NIOSH Lifting Certification

Completed Rigging and Signalman course.

Work Experience:

Minimum 7 years of Lifting Experience in oil and Gas

Good supervisory and communication skills
