Job Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional training in fire safety, emergency response, or related fields is beneficial.
- Experience in fire safety, emergency response, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills for effectively coordinating with emergency response teams and documenting incidents.
- Able to work on rotational shift.
- Operate and monitor fire detection system, including smoke detectors, heat sensors, through a centralized control panel.
- Respond promptly to any alarms and alerts indicating potential fires following established procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams, such as firefighters or security personnel, to ensure a rapid and effective response to fire incidents.
- Operate fire suppression systems, including fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and suppression agents, as necessary to contain and extinguish fires.
- Maintain accurate records of all firerelated incidents, including alarms, responses, and outcomes, for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Conduct regular testing and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow established emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of occupants and minimize property damage in the event of a fire or other emergency.
