Job Scope:

  • Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
  • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
  • Assisting the chef during the cook.
  • Maintain sanitation of workplace and general cleaning duties.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 12 years of restaurant kitchen
  • Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Able to work in a busy restaurant kitchen.
6 days a week (Tuesday Off)
8 hours work (12-10pm)

Staff break: 3-5pm
