Execute administrative activities to support HR business processes throughout the employee's lifecycle, including but not limited to on/off-boarding, employee movements, insurance, benefits and claims, work visa formalities etc.


  • Ensure data quality and integrity in compliance with Lazada company guidelines while supporting HR business processes, including data privacy rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must as this role will be liaise with our China employees.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
