Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized management system and ISO certification strategies.
  • Provide guidance on documentation, process mapping, and procedural improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare clients for ISO certification audits by conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and readiness reviews.
  • Work closely with certification bodies and auditors to facilitate successful ISO certification processes.
  • Monitor the performance of management systems and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to client personnel on management system standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Quality Management, Environmental Science).
  • Professional certifications related to ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
