Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logístical expenses

  • Assessing vendors and their offerings with inperson visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company
  • Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
  • Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous recordkeeping
  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods.
  • Properly label and store items in designated locations.
  • Maintain organized inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and pack items for shipment, including proper documentation and labeling.
  • Assist in other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
