Guest Assistance:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with checkin procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, and transportation options.
  • Arrange reservations for dining, tours, shows, and other activities as requested by guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Concierge Services:

  • Coordinate transportation services, including airport transfers, taxi bookings, and car rentals.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and storage.
  • Arrange for special amenities or services such as floral arrangements, special occasion packages, or room upgrades.
  • Facilitate ticket purchases for events, attractions, and sightseeing tours.
  • Provide directions and maps to help guests navigate the local area.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with other hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to confirm arrangements and address any changes or updates.
  • Collaborate with external service providers and vendors to arrange special services or events for guests.

Safety and Security:

  • Monitor guest activity in public areas to ensure security and safety.
  • Address any security concerns or incidents promptly, following hotel procedures and protocols.
  • Provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations, guiding guests to safety and providing necessary support.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and reservations.
  • Process billing and payment transactions for concierge services rendered.
  • Prepare reports summarizing guest preferences, feedback, and service trends.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
