Greeting customers in a friendly manner

  • Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espressobased drinks, tea and other specialty drinks
  • Answering customers' questions about menu choices
  • Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
  • Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies
  • Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
  • Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized

Job Requirement:

  • Detailoriented
  • Ability to work with team members to solve problems
  • Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time
  • Ability to work rotational shift
  • Possess minimum SPM, STPM or equivalent.
  • Possessing SCA certificate is an added advantage
  • Fast and keen learner
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar role

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
