Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring attendance records and partially on payroll
  • Handling foreign workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance
  • Handling maintenance of office supplies, equipment and building
  • Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services and stock control
  • Provide administration support and employee welfare arrangement

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum SPM
  • Able to liaise with
    Mandarin speaking counterpart
  • Knowledge in computer literate
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
