Validate master data changes (e.g., CoA, profit center, cost center) and approve judgmental journal entries.Monitor monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes, review periodic financial results, and initiate intercompany agreement documentation.Perform balance reviews and analysis, track and count fixed assets, and ensure accuracy and quality in recording.Monitor biannual inventory, maintain leases in the system, and perform/validate cash flow forecasts, proposing solutions for working capital needs.Oversee yearly external and periodic internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.Manage local tax submissions and statutory reporting, supporting regulatory audits, including tax and customs.Conduct service review meetings with business partners, manage monthly service performance and Balance Sheet reviews with management.Engage with the business to understand and adapt to changing requirements, collaborating with management and FP&A to support business growth.Roll out change management activities and provide accounting support, facilitating UAT testing for projects.Lead/assist with projects such as Robotic Process Automation and Continuous Improvement.Adapt to regulatory changes in SEA countries, revising policies and processes for regulatory compliance.Ensure adherence to corporate policies and maintain an effective internal control system for financial reporting. it'll be good if you are experienced in direct managing OR guiding/reviewing juniors work.strong in end-to-end RTR process flow and hands on work.process improvement experience would be an advantagekeen to talk to our consultant?
