Join our growing global and entrepreneurial team as a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Social Impact Practice Area (SI PA). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with case teams and clients to deliver high-impact projects and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth and delivery of Development Impact sector with BCG case and proposal teams on a range of donors, development finance institutions (DFIs) and foundations operating in the Asia region.
  • Develop and maintain functional expertise and insights on emerging topics for case teams, leveraging global experts and repositories.
  • Be a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues in the Development Impact sector.
  • Assist on commercialization efforts for the Development Impact sector in Asia region, in conjunction with business leaders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in relevant international and economic development, philanthropic, humanitarian sectors or related field required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
