Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.
Job description Ensuring that a high quality of service is provided to both internal and external organization.Customer care responsible to response customer inquiries, complaints and request via email or telephone and make sure that any problems occur can be solved with customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and ensure issues are resolved both side
- Efficiently gather customers information, and fulfil customers need.
- Educate the customers on how applicable warranty can be claimed.
- Conduct necessary testing, troubleshooting and repairing for the warranty items.
- Troubleshoot customers issues.
- Maintain and balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Responsible for compiling customer records in and out.
- Ability to work positively with a range of people with different ideas and perspectives
- Leadership and responsibility towards task.
