We're looking for an experience and reliable Quality Engineer to join a growing team for a market-leading electronics manufacturer

Reporting to: Head of DepartmentLocation: MelakaExcellent remuneration and benefits package the role Establish, implement, and maintain a documented quality system that aligns with IATF 16949, other relevant international standards, and customer requirements.Collaborate with various departments (Assembly, Encapsulation, Plating, Test, Engineering, etc.) to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Liaise with process engineers to ensure smooth production by providing necessary support (e.g., releasing maverick lots, arranging samples for risk assessment).Control further processing and non-conformities until product deficiencies are corrected.Handle internal and customer complaints using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR) and follow up on action implementation.Contribute to achieving company quality objectives and top targets related to quality assurance. the experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant field.At least 2 years of experience in the quality field within the semiconductor filed.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for collaboration. how to apply To apply online, please use the relevant link provided.
