Job Descriptions Daily work planning to ensure department operation and activities are carried out in accordance with ISO & Safety standards.
Ensure project and work carried out meet department operation and activities objectives. Daily check on project or work progress and schedule during morning meetings. Ensure GMP and other company activities are fully implemented to meet company objectives. Ensure compliance in customer compliance audits, i.e., COC, Quality, etc. Ensure company facilities are functioning well, supplies are on time, and support production requirements. Plan and assign PIC to carry out machine and facilities predictive and preventive maintenance schedules as per schedule. Ensure plant facilities or equipment used comply with local authority regulations and renew licenses or certificates accordingly.Ensure Boiler, CCTV, and Dust Collection System operate daily in good working condition with LEV suction and air emissions complying with DOSH and DOE requirements.
Set machines according to product parameters for daily production processes. Study machine improvements and analyze when machines cause high product rejects. Troubleshoot and repair machines in the event of breakdowns. Prepare reports for production machinery troubleshooting or machine improvements. Provide solutions and guidance to the personnel under supervision. Attend Management Meetings and prepare improvement reports. Not limited to the above and other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time. Job Requirements Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with medium voltage controlling or distribution systems. Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic controlling systems. Managerial level with good supervisory skills.
