The Role You Will Be Responsible For Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end Customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Media and entertainment and Staffing / Executive Search industry.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
