Senior procurement risk and control analyst

- Act as a deputy to the Procurement Risk and Control Manager, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity and smooth operations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members in procurement risk and control processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for mitigating vendor-related risks.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in vendor risk management processes.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to procurement risks and controls.
- Maintain a critical mindset in evaluating procurement processes and making recommendations for improvements.
- Foster excellent stakeholder management, particularly with senior management, to communicate risk insights and mitigation strategies effectively.
- Support vendor risk management activities by conducting reviews of Inherent Impact Questionnaires (IIQ), initiating necessary due diligence, performing due diligence assessments, and completing vendor risk reports as needed.
- Perform comprehensive financial due diligence or analysis on Swift's third parties, evaluating financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant f inancial documents within agreed SLA.
- Analyze financial data to assess vendor profitability, liquidity and solvability and overall financial health. Maintain financial due diligence dashboard, policy and standard operating procedure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
