Responsibilities:

  • To provide schematic or conceptual layout for development projects.
Carry out civil works design.
Preparation of tender documentation and bill of quantities.

Carry out site supervisionAttend project site meeting and client consultant meetingLiaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and authoritiesCoordinate and work closely with other engineers and draught persons.


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering with 2nd Class Upper Honours or betterAt least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required Skills:

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infravera, MSMA Suite & X-Series, Epanet, Terramodel, etcKnowledge and experience in the engineering program will be an added advantageThe candidate must have experience in infrastructural design, and pre & post-contract management of large-scale township development.

Familiar with authority's submission.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet the committed datelineGood command in English and presentation.
Hardworking with a responsible with positive work attitudeAble to oversee the overall project from planning, implementation, contract administration.
