What We Are Looking For:

We seek a passionate Social Media Specialist who is not just about generic content but about strategising and bringing creative content to life. As part of our dynamic team, you will be the pulse and voice behind our digital platforms, creating engagement and strengthening our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful social media strategies per our company's objectives.
  • Curate and craft compelling content tailored for each social platform.
  • Manage our brand profiles across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Cultivate a vibrant online community by responding promptly and engaging actively.
  • Strategically plan and oversee campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost engagement.
  • Dive deep into metrics, monitor KPIs, and draw insights to reshape future strategies.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends and innovative platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in posts and engagement via a well-maintained content calendar.
  • Craft influencer marketing plans for brand awareness.
  • Expand influencer network, and seek new influencers aligning with the company's mission.
  • Undertake business trips as needed to support various project requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in using social management tools and deriving actionable insights from analytics.
  • An innovative mindset brimming with creative ideas.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • The ability to dissect data and make informed decisions.
  • A team collaborator with the capability to drive projects independently.
