The VP of Branding & Creative Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of Bjak's branding and creative marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building and enhancing Bjak's brand presence across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with our mission of providing accessible and sustainable financial services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative strategies, coupled with a passion for innovation and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with Bjak's mission and business goals.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Creative Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the creative marketing team in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine branding and marketing strategies.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Bjak's online presence and drive traffic to
- Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Public Relations & Communications:
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance Bjak's brand reputation and visibility.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company, engaging with media, industry stakeholders, and the public.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branding and creative marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, creative marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for innovation.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
