Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full time Responsible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR administration across multiple countries, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other locations.
Assist with monthly payroll. Assist in attendance and leave management, final payment, staff movements, on/off-boarding arrangements, and handle staff's enquiries. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases. Prepare HR data and monthly reports for management review.Assist with basic finance and accounting tasks, such as data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing for different countries, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other locations.
Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple countries.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in various locations, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other countries.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience or internship in HR, administrative, or finance roles is preferred. Basic knowledge and understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Malaysia and Indonesia. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
