IT Analyst (Master Data) | MNC Tech | Penang

Company Overview

Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Technology industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an IT Analyst professional to join their team in Penang.

The New Role

Reporting to the Manager, you will be assisting in performing independent verification calls with vendors and customers, participating in data cleansing projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, performing data compilation, trend analysis, and generating reports. You will also manage and resolve master data-related issues and stakeholder inquiries, as well as support testing for system enhancement and/or implementation.

Requirements to Succeed

You are an Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science / IT / Accounting / Finance. Familiarity with SAP, Master Data Maintenance, and I.T. or Accounting knowledge is required. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A good command of both spoken and written English is essential, and the ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage. You should also be able to work in shift hours.
