  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and translate insights into strategies
  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive growth
  • Cultivate strong client relationships for exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to diversify revenue
  • Lead negotiations for strategic contracts and business agreements
  • Analyze financial data to assess feasibility and risks of new ventures
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Drive innovation in business development approaches for a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven success in senior-level business development roles, demonstrating hunger and a strong work ethic
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviors
  • Proficient in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Financial acumen for analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
