Seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to maintain a visually appealing store, provide excellent customer service, and handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include restocking, product display, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Requirements include a Malaysian citizenship, SPM level or equivalent, and good customer service skills. Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Restock goods at display area and ensure well-displayed products.
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Ensure cleanliness of product and shelf in department area.
• Prepare fresh goods for customers.
• Follow instructions from Person in Charge.
• Handle cash and credit card sales accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy cashier counter.

Requirements:

• Full-time position.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Good customer service skills.
• SPM level or equivalent.
• No working experience needed (on-the-job training provided).
• Able to maintain solid attendance.
