Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

  • Prepare dimensional inspection or reliability test for new part approval
  • Handle new part submission to headquarters for approval for mass production
  • Deal with Production on Gantt chart for QA inspection report or testing certificate submission date
  • Participate in evaluation activity for full dimensional inspection, SPC, and CPK data study
  • Support Senior QA engineer in data collection and analysis report preparation
  • Liaise with Production personnel on in-process quality issues and improvement activities
  • Report measurement data results to Senior QA engineer for review
  • Involve in problem-solving activities for customer complaints or internal quality issues
  • Support Senior QA engineer in countermeasure actions
  • Undertake all required duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior within defined scope and competencies

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ISO is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 1 year of QA experience in relevant field
  • Minimum educational requirement: Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ HND Diploma, bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
