Sales & Admin ManagerLocation:
USJ 20Job description:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the technician team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
  • Handle ad
  • hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
