Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Credit Recovery unit, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to drive numbers and improve overall unit function.
  • Plan and manage resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and set collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage budgets and resource capacity planning.
  • Restructure and realign unit functions to improve performance.
  • Implement action plans and strategies in adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate recovery activities to achieve desired targets.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Ensure initiatives and action plans are carried out correctly by department staff.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monthly target of monies recovered, lower impaired exposure, increase impaired declassification, and maximize recoveries.
  • Achieve satisfactory ratings on all audits.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
