Job Description

Simulate and optimize the manufacturing process of the factory, including new planning or remodeling projects such as factory material flow, manufacturing process and logistics transportation.

Help plant operations and project teams actively use simulation planning models to output digital solutions and support lean implementation.

Specific actions:

1) Carry out logistics simulation related work according to the needs of consulting projects;

2) Organize and analyze the data, and formulate the simulation plan;

3) Build the factory simulation data model and conduct verification analysis, output the simulation report, and put forward optimization suggestions;

4) Build the factory simulation scene model, and output the simulation operation scene video;

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, professional background in logistics engineering, industrial plant, mechanical engineering, computer engineering;

Be proficient in using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant simulation software;

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, focusing on digital applications in factory planning

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning methods, basics of lean manufacturing (e.g. pulling systems, leveling and smoothing, value stream analysis)

Those who have relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and understand the relevant processes of manufacturing, warehousing and logistics are preferred;

Have good data processing and analysis capabilities, and be able to use Office office software and CAD drawing software proficiently;

Good communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
