Join Our Kitchen Team:
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Maintain top-notch food preparation, quality, and presentation, upholding the restaurant's standards.
  • Supervise menu item preparation and cooking in your section.
  • Contribute to creating new menu items, special dishes, and tasting menus.
  • Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and serving align with the restaurant's guidelines.
  • Train and oversee junior kitchen staff, offering guidance and support.
  • Manage ingredient stock levels for your section.
  • Collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Demi/Cdp or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Good grasp of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a talent for plating and presentation.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in a Fine dining setting is preferred.
