Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance for equipment/ facilities in the entire manufacturing plants.

Responsible to look after and carry out the factory machinery and premises maintenance including the waste water treatment plants and surrounding premises within the compound.

Service and maintain all machinery and equipment to ensure best operation condition.

Execution of plant preventive maintenance plan as planned by HOD.Ensure all machinery breakdown and causes are recorded into Machinery Breakdown Report.

Any other instruction as assigned by immediate superior.
To carry out and monitor the safety measure and precautions for both factories i.e. EM & QP under the OHSAS documented Work Instruction and SOP as stated.

To maintain & monitor the Environmental hazard on the daily routine work according to ISO 14001.To perform the duty as a train fireman whenever firefighting is needed.
