Job Responsibilities Responsible for overall accounting & financial department operation.

Prepare and review financial reports and other financial statements to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Handle full set of consolidation account (AP bill, AR, GL & Journal). Supervise all aspects of the Accounts department.

Lead and supervise team members on day-to-day accounting and finance functions and reviews to ensure transactions are posted accurately in the accounts.

Develop cost accounting system, Monthly P&L Forecast, statistical data, and financial reporting. Liaise with bank, auditors, tax agent, secretary, and relevant government authorities.

Ensure compliance with Company's Standard Operating Procedures and notify Management of any irregularities or non-compliance discovered; investigate any irregularities as required by Management.

Preparation of yearly budget and biweekly cash flow planning. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. Preparation and submission of service tax. Any other responsibility that management may assign from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, LCCI, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, CAT, ACCA or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. At least - 8 years of working experience in the related accounting/finance field is required for this position. Familiar with computerized accounting system, preferably SQL. Able to work independently under minimum supervision. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to lead, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
