duties and responsibility

As a Demand Planner, you are responsible for the following:

Forecasting and analyzing demand for food products based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans.Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting production schedules to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.Analyzing demand patterns and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.Communicating regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and ingredients to support production schedules.Conducting regular reviews of demand forecasts and performance metrics to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.Utilizing demand planning software and tools to facilitate data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.Participating in cross-functional meetings and projects to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. skills /experience
