Responsibility:
Procurement of Indirect Materials for Penang factory and global sites.

Plan, initiate and conclude negotiations necessary to conduct the business consistent with the company's policies and procedures and in compliance with all laws and regulations affecting the company's business.

Manage supplier partnership and performance on good quality, service, competitive cost and on-time delivery including but not limited to RFQ, PR/PO Processing, Delivery.

Negotiate, control and manage all contracts and agreements for Indirect commodities in line with regional and global purchasing strategy. New supplier evaluation and development. Vendor/Facility survey for approval & disapproval on the MRO suppliers. Ensure good communication with suppliers about Quality, EICC, Environment, and Safety. Indirect spending analysis. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the purchasing process.

Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of purchasing and supply chain experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong leadership with good vision, with at least 3 years of management experience in a foreign-owned company. Strong commercial sense with outstanding negotiation skills. Strong people sense and able to work and solve problems in a cross-functional environment. Result-oriented, with the ability to execute and deliver results. Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Mandarin.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing/Logistics/Material Management, or equivalent education and/or experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
