Responsibilities:1. Perform daily off site backup and ensure backup media keep in designed location.2.

Support daily sales reconciliation between server and POS and follow up adjustment with respective store team.3.Support daily operation in HQ and Store administration, configuration and installations which include POS, PC, Laptop, Tablet, Network and WIFI access.4.

Managed record of Hardware and Software licenses in Fixed asset system.5.

Coordinate with ERP and POS vendor on issues reported on software, follow up status from issue ticket up to close status.6.

Assist in roll out project, coordinate raining, and follow up documentation and procedures with vendors.7. Registration of Master data in ERP system, Email users, and extraction of reports from BI system.8. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.2. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.3. Exhibits strong organizational skills.4. Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.5. Demonstrates strong leadership skills.6. Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients. 7. Works well with in a team.8.

Can stay focus and committed to finish task / project assigned with minimum supervision.9.To update or provide report after complete assigned task.10.

Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.11. Is capable of conducting independent research and sourcing of equipment.12.Demonstrates strong problem solving skills.13. Self-starter and willing to learn and multi-responsibilities
